Returns & Refunds Policy
At SneakerheadsShop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Order
- Log in to your account at SneakerheadsShop.com and visit the “My Orders” section to initiate a return.
- Follow the instructions to generate your returns label.
- Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Important Information
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox to protect it during transit.
- Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
- The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size/color is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., socks, underwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
